Since Pokémon X and Y were released two months ago, I decided to go and put together ideas for Touhoumon versions of those games. I actually started these the day after the games were released. Anyway, as you can already tell, these ideas delve into the 6th Generation and incorporate things from them as well as introduce new lines.
First, lines based off the characters from Hopeless Masquerade and Double Dealing Character have been added in. As far as I know, these have never been in any other Touhoumon game, so X/Y is a first. Also, lines based off the characters from the fangame Marine Benefit are also present.
Second, the new Fairy-type is incorporated and as a result, several Touhous have that type added to them. While obviously fairies such as Cirno or Daichan now have that type, others such as Mystia or Tewi also do so (these are my ideas, so accept them). Also note that Touhoumon-wise, Fairy-types only have a resistance to Dragon-type attacks instead of being immune to them.
Third, as you can already tell, there are Mega Touhous to be found. I wanted there to be at least one for every type, hence a couple of them and the typings for some. Also as a result, several such lines get new moves to go with their Mega form's types.

I would probably eventually add lines based off of The Last Comer
In a safari zone
I mean, Safari Zones take foreign pokemon, Touhou is Japan, Christianity is mainly Eouropean, it makes sense, at least to me.
Although the subject matter does make it a bit awkward
